These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern use of AI-Agent News & Advisory Portal / Agent-Readiness Directory (the “Service”), operated by chinng_inta as an individual. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

The Service provides news, CVE and vulnerability information, government documents from Japan, the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions, and Agent-Readiness evaluations of other websites through web pages, Markdown, feeds, REST APIs, Remote MCP, and related means.

The Service contains information generated through automated collection, machine translation, LLM summarization, knowledge-graph queries, automated classification, and automated scoring.

2. Automated retrieval and AI use

You may use the Service for search, indexing, RAG, selection of citation candidates, and other automated retrieval, provided that you comply with robots.txt, ai.txt, rate limits, these Terms, and each item's license_note.

API and MCP users must adjust request frequency according to the returned rate-limit information and retrieve only the items needed. You must not circumvent access controls, authentication, rate limits, or license restrictions.

3. Content and rights

Rights in third-party articles, documents, trademarks, and other content remain with their respective owners. Publication by the Service does not transfer or license third-party copyrights or other rights to you.

The scope of content made available generally follows each item's license_note:

• full: content may include the full text
• summary-only: summaries and metadata are provided
• link-only: only a source link and non-verbatim metadata are provided

Before reuse, republication, training, or any other use, review the source's terms, license, and applicable law in addition to the information displayed by the Service.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Violate applicable law or public order
• Infringe the rights or interests of the Service or any third party
• Gain unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities, obtain credentials, or circumvent access controls
• Impose excessive load, disrupt the Service, or evade rate limits
• Remove or alter license_note, source, attribution, or usage conditions when redistributing information
• Present information in a manner that misrepresents its source or content
• Otherwise materially interfere with safe operation of the Service in a manner the operator reasonably determines to be harmful

5. Accuracy and important decisions

The Service does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Summaries, translations, classifications, relationships, and Agent-Readiness scores may contain errors or delays.

For vulnerability response, legal, medical, financial, investment, or other important decisions, verify the original and current information and consult an appropriate professional where necessary. Do not make important decisions based solely on the Service.

6. Changes and suspension

The operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service, API or MCP specifications, available content, or rate limits for maintenance, outages, security needs, changes in external services, or other reasonable reasons.

7. Limitation of liability

The operator is liable for loss arising from use or inability to use the Service only to the extent required by applicable law. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including loss caused by the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Third-party websites, original sources, and external services are governed by the terms of their respective providers, including as to content, availability, and security.

9. Changes to these Terms

The operator may revise these Terms in response to changes in the Service or applicable law. Material changes will be announced on this page, and revised Terms take effect when posted.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and the Service are governed by the laws of Japan. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes concerning the Service. If a dispute cannot be resolved, a court in Japan having jurisdiction under the Code of Civil Procedure and other applicable laws will have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

Language: This English translation is provided for convenience. If it conflicts with the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
